Our Process
We enter into promotion or option agreements with landowners at no cost to them, tailored to their individual needs to maximise their return. When we collaborate with a landowner to promote a site, we cover all the costs associated with obtaining planning permission and any other necessary consents.
1. Site Identification
We contact the landowner where we believe a site has development potential.
2. Formal Offer
If you are interested in engaging with us we will undertake further due dilligence and make you a formal offer.
3. Promotion Agreement
We will cover all your costs for entering into the Promotion Agreement.
4. Promotion
The site will be promoted through the Local Authority's LocalPlan process with the aim of having it allocated.
5. Planning
We will prepare and submit a planning application for development. Steindale will fund all of the costs associated with the planning application.
6. Sale of Land
Upon granting of the planning permission, we will prepare a sale strategy and will manage the sale of the site on your behalf.
